Applied Intuition is a $15B-valued AI infrastructure company (founded 2017) powering physical intelligence for autonomous systems across automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining, and agriculture. Eighteen of the top 20 global automakers and the US military trust their solutions.
The People Intelligence team builds internal software that leaders use to run the company at scale: performance management, team planning, headcount and budget, organizational insight, and employee experience. You'll work on tools that turn people, financial, and operational data into actionable insights and reliable systems.
In this role, you will own products end to end—from ambiguous problem to shipped, reliable software. You'll build Go services (Gin, sqlc) and React/TypeScript frontends (Vite) on Postgres, deploy to GCP and AWS (ECS, RDS, Terraform), and manage CI/CD via GitHub Actions. You'll build data pipelines and integrations with company systems of record (Workday, Slack, Jira) using versioned schema migrations (Alembic). You'll retire legacy Python/Flask systems by migrating data and APIs to the modern platform without disruption. You'll turn people, financial, and operational data into metrics, analyses, and visualizations using SQL and Python. You'll maintain strict access control and data security for sensitive people and financial data. Throughout, you'll work directly with company leaders and partner teams (People, Finance, IT) to decide what gets built.
You'll use AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) and LLM APIs daily while maintaining high quality standards: tests, code review, safe migrations, careful deploys, and your own monitoring and alerting.
Applied Intuition is in-office (5 days/week at Sunnyvale HQ), with flexibility for occasional remote work and schedule adjustments for family commitments.
