As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, implement, and ship high-quality workflows that solve real problems for enterprise users. You'll work across the entire stack, collaborating directly with product teams and customers to tailor AI-powered solutions. Your responsibilities include developing full-stack applications on Unframe's platform, extending the platform and UI/UX layer as needed, integrating AI capabilities into production systems, and writing clean, tested, maintainable code. You'll see your code in production within days and own features from conception through deployment.
This role emphasizes ownership mentality, thoughtful execution, and a product-first mindset. You'll work alongside founders and VPs in a fast-moving space, with the opportunity to shape decisions and drive the direction of the platform.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proven track record of shipping real user-facing products end-to-end
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, Vue/React, and PostgreSQL
- Strong communication skills and product mindset
- Ownership mentality; comfortable taking features from idea to production
