As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will build both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software, working on high-impact problems across the platform. On the consumer side, you might tackle interview latency optimization (targeting 200ms response times), fine-tune AI models to reduce hallucination, or architect systems to handle concurrent scaling. On the enterprise side, you could work on integrations with customer hiring systems, visual presentation of interview results, or expanding Alex's end-to-end hiring coordination capabilities.
The role offers clear ownership and growth opportunities within a tight-knit founding team. You'll work in-person in San Francisco 5 days per week, collaborating directly with founders and engineers who value solving complex problems, moving with urgency, and delivering results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience preferred in: Javascript (Typescript, React, Node, Next), Python, Cloud/DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker), System Architecture
- Ability to work in-person in San Francisco 5 days per week
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex engineering challenges
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working with a founding team
