Salary: AUD 115,000 - 160,000 / annual

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will own product outcomes end-to-end: from shaping technical approaches and building features through to release, reliability, and production performance. You'll work in small, high-trust teams alongside Product Design Managers to define problems, shape solutions, implement clean and scalable systems, and take responsibility for what ships. Engineering, product, and delivery operate as one integrated team here.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and shipping features with guidance from experienced teammates, working with AI tools daily as part of the team's workflow for planning, implementation, and review, fixing bugs and improving product stability across web and mobile, investigating and resolving production issues, and growing into more ownership over time as the role expands.
You'll work across frontend, backend, and mobile using TypeScript, React, Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, and AWS. REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have:
- Solid hands-on experience building and shipping production software
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools and agentic engineering practices
- Product mindset — wants to understand customer problems, not just implement tickets
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end
