ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that has raised $781M in funding with a $22B valuation. The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses, including Deutsche Telekom and Meta, with AI voice, agents, creative tools, and developer APIs. You will own the UI for music creation within ElevenLabs Creative, working closely with the Research team to turn new music models into products that creators use immediately. The core challenge is defining the best interface for AI music creation—creators come for video, dubbing, or ads, and music is part of that workflow. Different use cases (making a song from scratch, scoring a video, localizing a track into other languages) require different interaction flows. You will form a point of view on the right experience, build it end-to-end, and ensure it scales as new models are released. You'll take ambiguous problems, decompose them, and carry them through legal, design, engineering, and launch with the Growth team. You'll work in a small, high-ownership team spanning product, research, and go-to-market functions. This is a zero-to-one product role where you'll work closely with designers (Figma), weigh trade-offs pragmatically, and build systems flexible enough to swap in new models as they arrive. The company operates with high velocity, minimal bureaucracy, and an AI-first mindset. Impact, not job titles, drives the culture. You'll have access to professional development stipends, annual company offsites, and co-working support if needed. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong frontend experience: shipped complex, production UIs in React/TypeScript or equivalent; comfortable on the backend when needed - Owned ambiguous, zero-to-one product work from problem definition through launch, without a PM or prescriptive backlog - Worked closely with designers (Figma) and have taste and opinions about UX - Worked across functions (legal, safety, growth, design) to ship and kept stakeholders updated without prompting - Weigh trade-offs and make pragmatic decisions with no single right answer; build systems where new models can be swapped in as they land BONUS: - Music, audio, or creative-tools experience, or music as a hobby (singing, instrument, production) - Experience building media-heavy interfaces (audio, video, or timeline editors) - Experience working with ML models or research teams
