You will join a small team building the next generation of Creative Agents within ElevenCreative, a platform that empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. The creative agent is already live, and your role is to help scale and enhance it.
As a full-stack engineer, you will own complete problems across the entire stack: frontend, backend, agent architecture, and infrastructure. You should be equally comfortable building user-facing features, designing the services behind them, and deploying and operating systems in production. You will combine strong engineering with product judgment, taking ideas from early prototypes through to reliable features and using real customer feedback to guide development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and building complete agent-powered features, from frontend interfaces and application state to backend services, APIs, and data storage
- Developing agent capabilities and integrations, including model orchestration, creative tools, and reliable asynchronous workflows for audio, image, and video generation
- Building and operating infrastructure behind these features, improving quality, performance, scalability, and security through evaluations, monitoring, and testing
- Owning problem areas from discovery and prototyping through deployment and ongoing operation, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams
The work combines substantial greenfield development with improving a live product, with room to experiment and directly influence the product's direction. ElevenLabs operates with high velocity, minimal bureaucracy, and an AI-first approach across the entire company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong engineering skills across both frontend and backend, with a track record of independently building complete production applications
- Confidence designing user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data models, with understanding of how these components work together as a system
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, asynchronous processing, testing, and observability, with ability to debug and resolve problems across the full stack
- Evidence of end-to-end ownership, strong product judgment, and clear communication, taking ambiguous problems from technical design through shipping and ongoing operation
- Excitement about creative agents and comfort learning quickly as models, tools, and user needs evolve
- Hands-on experience building production agents, evaluations, MCP integrations, creative editors, or multimodal products would be particularly valuable, as would experience in small, fast-moving teams
