In this Full Stack Engineer role, you will build the core product that industrial operators use to run their hybrid energy systems 24/7. You'll work across the entire stack: real-time backend services that process data from industrial sites and power markets, and frontend interfaces that translate complex optimization and control decisions into robust, usable products that operators depend on. You'll own features end-to-end, from technical design through production deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing across the full stack using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and backend services in TypeScript, Java, or Python
- Designing and implementing technical projects independently, from conception to production
- Building robust backend services and APIs that connect the Autopilot to power markets and real industrial assets in real time
- Creating clear, fast interfaces that make complex optimization results and forecasts accessible to customers
- Shaping the software development process for an AI-native workflow, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and observability
- Conducting code reviews, mentoring other developers, and raising engineering standards
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Operations teams

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong full-stack experience: production-ready applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and backend services in TypeScript, Java, or Python
- AI-native mindset: you already use agentic workflows and latest AI tooling in your work—this is not a skill you're developing
- High-agency builder: you take ownership, work independently, and ship and iterate fast
- Curious learner: you seek and give candid feedback, learn quickly, and continuously improve yourself and processes
- Clear communicator: fluent English, ability to explain technical topics to diverse audiences, work well with people from different backgrounds
- Preferred: experience from fast-growing startup or scale-up environments; interest in or knowledge of energy, power markets, or industrial operations
