You will join a cross-functional product group working alongside Sales, Customer Success, Support, Data, and Marketing teams. Your responsibilities include:
• Holistic Product Group Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional peers to understand customer needs, define roadmap priorities, and execute weekly sprints.
• Constant Delivery & Scale: Own the technical execution of features from architecture through deployment to production at massive scale, serving millions of active users.
• AI-First Engineering: Lead by example in leveraging advanced AI prompting and agentic workflows to automate boilerplate code, optimize debugging, and multiply team delivery velocity.
You will tackle a wide array of high-scale challenges, from responsive UI/UX to robust backend services, ensuring the platform remains performant and resilient. The role emphasizes AI coding at its core—not just autocomplete, but building with agentic coding frameworks to radically accelerate feature delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–4 years of experience working with frontend and backend technologies at scale
• Deep experience developing backend services in Python and/or robust frontends in React or React Native
• Proven experience scaling services to millions of active users using containerization (Kubernetes) and modern cloud platforms
• Deep understanding of technical tools: databases, queues, state management (MobX, Redux), and microservices architectures
• Active experience with AI prompting, integration of AI APIs, and strong desire to integrate agentic coding frameworks into daily engineering workflow
