Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services platform, is hiring a Frontend Team Lead to build and lead frontend development for a new Travel hybrid application. You'll work with modern web technologies including React, Redux, JavaScript/ES6, CSS/Sass, and Tailwind CSS, building customer-facing applications that serve millions of users.
In this role, you'll architect and develop frontend solutions using the latest and most efficient technology stacks, integrate multiple service tools into cohesive systems, and lead a team to deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure RESTful APIs are built to specification, optimize for SEO and server-side rendering, and implement caching and scaling techniques. The role emphasizes moving quickly while maintaining code quality, working within aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision, and fostering a collaborative, output-driven environment.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks
- Significant experience with modern frameworks: React.js, Redux
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and ability to guide backend development
- Deep familiarity with React.js built-in and popular third-party libraries and frameworks
- Understanding of SEO and server-side rendering (SSR)
- Experience customizing and extending libraries
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, modular CSS
- Experience integrating native modules with React.js code
- Knowledge of caching and scaling techniques
- Quick learner with ability to grasp new concepts rapidly
- Ability to work effectively in teams under aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision
- Passion for developing excellent user experiences
