inDrive is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to develop and maintain internal and user-facing tools that support dynamic in-app content experiences powered by business rules and ML-based scoring models. This role sits at the intersection of product engineering and data, helping personalize the user experience across the mobile app.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining functionality for the mobile application on both iOS and Android platforms, while also contributing to web interfaces and internal team tools. Working collaboratively with backend engineers, designers, and product managers, you will deliver end-to-end features and integrate client applications with backend services, APIs, and personalization systems. Your work will focus on improving performance, stability, and overall quality of mobile and web products, participating in client-side architecture design, and maintaining high engineering standards through code reviews and technical discussions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain iOS and Android mobile application functionality
- Contribute to web interfaces and internal tools development
- Deliver end-to-end features in cross-functional collaboration
- Integrate client applications with backend services and APIs
- Improve mobile and web product performance, stability, and quality
- Participate in client-side architecture design and technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Diagnose and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in mobile application development for iOS and/or Android
- Good understanding of mobile architecture, application lifecycle, client-side performance, and UX
- Experience with web technologies and willingness to work on web interfaces
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
- Understanding of testing principles, CI/CD, and client application delivery processes
- Strong ownership, responsibility, and ability to quickly learn new technologies and domains
- Plus: React and modern web frameworks experience, GitHub, Kubernetes, and build/deployment tools
