Insify is a Series B-backed European insurance platform serving SMEs across the Netherlands, Germany, and France. The company consolidates insurance complexity—carrier specs, underwriting rules, regulatory requirements—into a configurable platform, enabling rapid product and market launches.
You'll join the Growth team as a Frontend Engineer owning the website—not just the code, but its purpose and performance. You'll work closely with marketing and design, seeing the impact of your work within a week, with autonomy to decide what's worth building.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, edit, and maintain landing pages and blog articles driving acquisition and conversion
- Grow the design system into reusable blocks that enable the growth team to self-serve on routine website work
- Reduce launch costs for new countries and products through configuration and content models rather than one-off builds
- Build AI-powered internal tools for content generation, review, and analysis
- Ship growth experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis to live testing
- Optimize for discovery: Core Web Vitals, SEO, and AI search (ChatGPT, etc.)
- Deliver pixel-perfect implementation, animation, and accessibility
- Own CI/CD and infrastructure (Netlify) for the website, plus monitoring for speed and errors
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class customer experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years building apps with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS; ship fast, clean, maintainable code
- Ownership and impact instinct—go beyond your direct stack (data, backend, frontend) to drive results
- Enablement mindset: build tools that make others faster, not just pages
- Practical experience leveraging AI in daily work; can articulate where it helps and where it hurts
- Curiosity and growth mindset; experiment, seek feedback, learn fast
Nice to have:
- Experience with headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok)
- Experience with static site generators (Gatsby, Next.js, Astro)
- A/B testing and SEO experience; ability to set up experiments and measure impact
