The company builds a SaaS platform that helps medium and large enterprises plan finances and monitor cash flow in real time—replacing Excel-based workflows with a modern, efficient solution. As a Frontend Engineer, you will collaborate with experienced developers, product managers, and designers to build and maintain financial features. You'll work in a fast-moving, ownership-driven culture with minimal bureaucracy. Key responsibilities include:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs for robustness, scalability, and security
• Work with the development team to ideate and build impressive financial features
• Test new features and enhancements for responsiveness and efficiency; master troubleshooting and debugging
• Document code to keep the team aligned
• Implement security and data protection settings to safeguard user data
• Help build CI/CD, monitoring, and testing practices
• Advocate for quality culture and ensure high standards before production
• Learn from teammates and develop skills across different areas
The tech stack includes ReactJS (frontend), NodeJS (backend), Google Cloud (platform), Figma (design system), and tools like Redux, Storybook, Cypress, Jest, MongoDB, and GitLab CI/CD.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience as a FullStack or Frontend engineer using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Production experience with React (required)
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices
• Computer Science or related background studies
• Working proficiency in English; fluent in Spanish
• Location: preferably Madrid or elsewhere in Spain
• Demonstrated ownership, responsibility, and impact orientation
• Comfort with testing environments and attention to detail
• Team player mentality with humility and versatility
• Ambitious, curious, and passionate about high-quality code
NICE-TO-HAVE:
• Familiarity with the full tech stack (React, Redux, Storybook, NodeJS, Express, Cypress, Jest, MongoDB, Python, GCP, GitLab CI/CD)
• CI/CD and DevOps experience
• Knowledge of test coverage and quality monitoring tools
• Previous fintech or financial industry experience
• International experience and additional languages
• Open-source contributions
