GoTo Group is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to support the GoTo Financial vertical (GoPay, GoFin, and related services) at the HoldCo level. You will drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights across the organization, working directly with senior leadership including the CEO and CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and deliver group-level FP&A reports that drive strategic decision-making
- Partner with the GoTo Financial vertical to track business performance, translate business drivers into financial impact, and provide quantitative and qualitative insights
- Collaborate with Investor Relations and Corporate Development teams on earnings reporting and corporate actions, serving as a key data supplier for capital market performance
- Participate in group budgeting and financial forecasting exercises, applying business judgment to support operational target setting
- Build, maintain, and improve sophisticated financial models; support the team in developing models from scratch and capturing complex business dynamics
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a culture of support and shared commitment to common goals

Requirements:
- 6–7 years of FP&A experience and/or experience in the financial services sector
- Degree-level qualification in Accounting, Business, or Quantitative fields of study
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfortable working with large volumes of numbers and formulas; proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides is a plus
- Self-motivated learner with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to communicate efficiently and build relationships with business units and stakeholders
- Attention to detail with high standards for quality and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with dedicated commitment
- Strong team collaboration skills
