Rebar is building an AI-native operating system for commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing suppliers and subcontractors. The company has scaled its V1 quoting product to thousands of weekly quotes, doubled revenue in early 2026, and recently closed a $14M Series A. You'll be Rebar's first Revenue Operations Lead, owning the connective tissue across Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. In this hands-on role, you'll own the GTM systems and operating rhythm that enable predictable, scalable revenue. Your core responsibilities include: **GTM Systems & Data Foundation:** Own HubSpot as the system of record across all revenue teams—managing objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, permissions, and dashboards. Evaluate, integrate, and retire tools across the stack (dialer, call intelligence, e-signature, support, enrichment, event platforms). Enforce data hygiene at the source: purge junk records, fix account hierarchies, and implement rules that prevent bad data entry. **Funnel & Attribution:** Define shared lifecycle stages from first touch through renewal, making each handoff explicit. Ensure every lead enters HubSpot with source attribution (trade shows, field events, website, referrals, outbound). Own lead routing, qualification rules, and SLAs between Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales. Build attribution models so Marketing can see which programs and events drive pipeline and revenue. **Revenue Planning & Metrics:** Run the weekly forecast cadence (commit, best case, upside) and deliver the data behind forecast reviews. Build capacity, territory, and quota models to inform hiring and planning. Deliver business metrics (pipeline, conversion by stage, win rate, CAC, NRR) from a single source of truth. **Finance Integration:** Make every contract live in HubSpot, including renewals created at deal close. Classify closed-won deals as new, upsell, or downsell, linked to replaced deals, so Finance's ARR bridge, commission credit, and NRR all read from the same fields. Handle parent/child account consolidation correctly. **Commissions & Deal Desk:** Run commissions end-to-end (data pull, plan application, dispute resolution, payout delivery). Run the deal desk: generate agreements from CRM line items, approve pricing, and ensure contract terms match Finance billing. **Sales-to-CS Handoff:** Own the data handoff from Sales through Implementation to Customer Success. Set up renewal and expansion triggers based on contract dates and product usage signals. Standardize book-of-business views for account owners and CSMs. **Enablement & Documentation:** Ship every process or system change with one-page guides and team training. Template the systems side of GTM onboarding (access, tools, first-week setup). You'll work closely with the Head of Sales, Head of CS, Finance, Marketing, and a GTM Engineer who builds automation and data pipelines. This is a founding-stage operations role where you'll shape how the function scales from day one. **Requirements:** - 5+ years in Revenue Operations or closely related GTM operations role at B2B SaaS, ideally early-stage, with scope spanning beyond Sales alone - Proven experience as HubSpot admin of record (not power user): owned objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, permissions, and Marketing Hub features (forms, lifecycle stages, campaigns, attribution) - Experience connecting third-party tools to CRM, owning data models on both sides, and understanding system dependencies - Built a funnel end-to-end: lifecycle definitions, routing, SLAs, and attribution trusted by Marketing and Sales - Run a forecast: owned weekly commit cadence, produced roll-ups, reconciled CRM to leadership numbers - Fluent in ARR mechanics: new vs. upsell vs. downsell, renewals, NRR, and CRM modeling for Finance close - Calculated commissions and run a deal desk in execution (not slides) - Mindset: fix the source, not the report; treat junk records as defects to remove - Partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance without becoming the data police; comfortable saying no to out-of-scope work - Thrive as a team of one: hands-on across all areas, comfortable with imperfect systems, eager to shape function growth Bonus: event/field marketing ops, territory and capacity planning, trades/construction exposure, experience with Nooks, Attention, PandaDoc, Intercom, PostHog, or CPQ tools, SQL, comfort directing AI tools for reports/automation, or Finance/sales floor background.
