FDSEs work directly with customers to understand their most critical pain points—from detecting insider trading and improving disaster relief to fighting healthcare fraud—and develop innovative solutions that drive real impact.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the full lifecycle of technical projects, from high-level system design and prototyping through application development and data integration
- Deploy groundbreaking solutions using Palantir's core platforms, custom applications, and open-source technologies
- Work with customers globally across diverse industries and institutions, gaining insight into the world's most important sectors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including other FDSEs, product teams, and Deployment Strategists
- Iterate rapidly based on constant feedback from customers and colleagues
- Work autonomously and make independent decisions within a supportive community
- Travel as needed to customer sites
You will leverage a modern technology stack including Palantir products, Postgres, Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Java, Groovy, TypeScript, React, Python, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
The role emphasizes impact, dedication, collaboration, trust, growth, and continuous learning. - Understanding of how technical decisions impact end users
