Langdock is a secure, model-agnostic AI platform used by over 10,000 companies daily to bring leading AI models into their organizations. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between Langdock's product and enterprise customers, taking high-value AI use cases from conception to production systems that run core business operations.
You will work embedded within customer environments alongside Account Owners, conducting technical discovery to map processes, systems, data flows and constraints. You will design and build production-grade agents, workflows, Skills, Apps and integrations on the Langdock platform, from prototype through company-wide rollout. You own implementation of advanced features, beta use cases, and high-profile proofs of concept, and you measure impact through quantified ROI stories (time saved, costs reduced, tools replaced, quality improved).
A key part of your role is converting individual solutions into reusable patterns, templates and on-platform resources that scale across the customer base. You will also support Langdock's partner ecosystem with architecture reviews, scoping sessions and enablement so partners can deliver independently. You serve as the technical voice of the customer internally, feeding field learnings back into product priorities.
You will use Langdock's own platform daily to automate your own work with agents and workflows, giving you deep hands-on familiarity with the product you deploy.
