Brainbase Embed is a multi-month, outcome-oriented deployment program where engineers engage directly with high-value customers to manage their Brainbase deployment from start to finish.
In this Forward Deployed Engineer role, you will be primarily responsible for managing one or more customer accounts, owning their journey from post-sales through deployment and beyond. You will work directly with enterprise customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the Brainbase platform. This is a customer-facing technical role that combines engineering expertise with deployment and account management responsibilities.
The role is fully remote and covers Brainbase's EMEA customer base. You can be based anywhere in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa, with occasional travel to customer sites as needed.
