Titan is building AI agents for IT operations, deployed across Managed Service Providers and enterprise customers to monitor, triage, and resolve work across service desks, infrastructure, security, identity, endpoint, and application operations. The company has raised over $100M from top-tier VCs, acquired market-leading MSPs, and has already automated 100K+ tickets across 400+ customers.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead end-to-end AI agent deployments with MSP and enterprise partners, sitting at the intersection of partner delivery and core platform engineering. You own the complete lifecycle: discovery, scoping, building, and production rollout, working directly with partner IT teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning technical delivery across partner and customer deployments from initial integration through stable production
- Defining problems in each deployment and scoping solutions to address them
- Building performant and reliable AI agents, integrations, and systems tailored to each deployment's needs
- Embedding with portfolio teams and customers to understand their operations and drive adoption of your solutions
- Architecting and building high-quality software systems powering Titan's core platform
- Translating successful patterns from one deployment into reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks for future deployments
You will work closely with other engineers, Operations, Product, and GTM teams. Success is measured by production adoption, measurable operational impact for customers and partners, and field feedback that shapes platform evolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in engineering or technical deployment, including customer-facing work
- Demonstrated ownership and shipping of complex systems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Production-grade coding ability in TypeScript, Python, or comparable stack
- Experience building or shipping LLM-powered systems with understanding of how model behavior shapes product experience
- Clear communication with engineers, customers, and partner stakeholders
- Bonus: background in IT operations, MSPs, or infosecurity
