As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge technical excellence and customer success. You'll work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing optimization, combining hands-on engineering with customer-facing collaboration. Your responsibilities include:
- Customer-Facing Engineering: Partner with customers to integrate and optimize HappyRobot's AI solutions, ensuring maximum value realization.
- Technical Development: Build new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions with direct customer impact.
- Full-Stack Development: Develop robust applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- AI/ML Applications: Design and implement AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcriber optimization.
- Integration & APIs: Manage third-party system integrations and APIs for seamless functionality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Iterative Problem-Solving: Continuously refine AI solutions based on customer feedback.
- Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js
- Hands-on Python proficiency
- Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning
- API management and third-party system integration experience
- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
