RentSpree is a proptech platform serving five million users across 300+ real estate companies and MLS partnerships. The company provides the full rental journey infrastructure—from applications and screening to payments and lease management. You'll manage the First Voice team, which handles onboarding and activation for new real estate agent and landlord customers. The team currently consists of three reps who call leads to drive signups, run onboarding sessions and webinars, and support partner launches, processing thousands of new users monthly. This is a player-coach role: approximately 70% leading and 30% hands-on work (taking calls, running sessions yourself to keep coaching grounded in reality). Key responsibilities include: - Lead and coach three reps through weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and individual development plans - Own team metrics: activation, adoption, repeat usage for agents, and paid adoption for landlords; forecast weekly and flag risk early - Decide which leads receive calls versus automated touches; set service levels for speed to first contact and contact rate - Leverage AI and automation to eliminate routine work (call summaries, scoring, lead routing, follow-up, reporting) - Launch two new programs: calling and placing leads RentSpree generates for agents, and building a landlord playbook from scratch - Grow the team as volume increases: make the hiring case, run interviews, and ramp new reps - Partner with Marketing, Product, Support, and CSMs on lead quality, product feedback, and handoff processes You'll report to the Head of Sales & Success. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the downtown Seattle office. Paid relocation is available. RentSpree emphasizes six guiding principles: customer obsession, taking action and forging solutions, candid yet respectful communication, ownership and accountability, continuous learning, and building for the long term. The company is recognized by Forbes as a Best Startup Employer and by BuiltIn Seattle as a Best Place to Work. REQUIREMENTS: - 5–7+ years in sales, customer success, onboarding, or inside sales, including 2+ years managing or formally coaching reps (bonus: experience taking over an existing team and raising performance) - Experience running a phone-based team on a high-volume queue; comfortable making calls yourself - Track record automating part of a team's workflow (lead routing, call QA, follow-up, reporting); daily use of AI tools - Comfort in CRM and reporting tools; ability to build your own views rather than waiting on an analyst - Strong writing skills: ability to create playbooks the team will use and updates leadership can act on - Plus: real estate, proptech, or property management experience, especially knowledge of how agents, landlords, and MLSs operate
