The Finance team at Revolut provides clarity and confidence across the business, assessing risk, guiding decisions, and driving growth through accounting and strategic support. You will report to the Chief Accountant and help build the local accounting function in Israel.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare statutory and consolidated general ledger accounts in Oracle NetSuite in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards
- Coordinate the accounting and month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely closing of books for monthly and annual reporting
- Prepare analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts
- Deliver process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through automation and control
- Participate in annual and interim audits
- Advise on accounting and reporting issues
- Contribute to and define consolidation, as well as financial control processes and procedures
This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in the local office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in banking or financial services, or within a Big 4 firm working with banking clients
- Excellent accounting knowledge with proven experience in GAAP, consolidated financial reporting, and/or IFRS
- Structured and logical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent analytical skills and hands-on attitude
- Strong motivation and focus on delivery
- Ability to work from the local office 2–3 days per week
