Salary: USD 80,000 - 86,000 / annual

Ping Identity is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as a dedicated financial partner for global sales teams. Based in downtown Denver with one day per week in-office expectation, you will manage sales expenses, headcount budgeting, and provide data-driven financial insights to enable top-line growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the sales expense accrual process, collaborating with teams to ensure accurate cost capture - Lead forecasting and budgeting for all global sales teams and initiatives - Reconcile budget vs. actuals with precision, identifying spending trends and providing clear insights - Drive process improvements in reporting consistency and simplification for sales performance metrics and operational spend - Leverage Anaplan for all reporting, tracking, and analysis to build a single source of truth for sales headcount and financials You will work closely with Sales leadership in a fast-paced environment, thriving on collaboration and proactive problem-solving. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with focus on expenses and headcount - Strong accounting foundation with hands-on experience managing accruals and expense recognition - Demonstrated expertise in budget vs. actual reconciliation, financial reporting, and forecasting - Direct experience with Anaplan for financial reporting and planning - Expert-level Excel skills with ability to build robust financial models - Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent experience
