Contentsquare is a global experience intelligence platform helping organizations understand their customers' digital journeys. The GTM Field Finance team partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive financial excellence, strengthen business partnerships, and enhance processes.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Field Finance Director and serve as a subject-matter expert for topline financial data and analytics. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
**Topline Partnering & Strategic Analysis:** You will manage financial models and coordinate with RevOps, Data Engineering, Deal Desk, and Product teams to deliver analytics that identify growth opportunities and drive revenue. You'll perform ad-hoc financial analysis and quantitative modeling to support strategic initiatives, and build/enhance topline-planning models for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
**Internal Dashboards & Reporting:** You will own and streamline the management book (using Tableau or similar tools), supporting internal management reviews, board meetings, and Field Finance activities. You'll consolidate monthly/quarterly financial actuals against forecasts, highlight variance drivers, and partner with other data analysts to ensure company-wide alignment.
**Automation & Process Improvement:** You will identify opportunities to automate manual financial reporting, simplify data structures and workflows across the GTM and Finance tech stack, and define/maintain Contentsquare's main KPIs.

**Requirements:**
- 2–5 years of professional experience in a BI or Data Analyst team, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline
- Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, system architecture, and AI-powered functionalities, especially Snowflake/DBT frameworks
- Understanding of financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budgeting, long-term strategic planning, and resource allocation
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable outcomes; high proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Full proficiency in English (must-have)
- Curious, proactive mindset; highly organized with project-driven vision; adaptable and capable of meeting deadlines under pressure
- Pigment SaaS or other EPM system experience is a plus
