- Deep working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, commercial software contracting practices, Other Transaction Authority (OTA) mechanisms, and federal subcontract flow-downs.
- Proven track record operationalizing compliance frameworks for cloud software, including familiarity with FedRAMP authorization pathways, DoD Impact Levels, and NIST compliance frameworks.
- Ability to build a compliance program from scratch, comfortable operating in high-velocity, ambiguous environments, and proactive about finding scalable solutions that enable sales momentum.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize dense regulatory requirements into clear guidance for sales executives, software engineers, corporate counsel, and federal Contracting Officers.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to access to federal contract data and federal systems; holding an active U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) or ability to obtain one is preferred.
