Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS company revolutionizing dental practice management with AI agents and software that enables dentists to focus on patient care while the platform handles business operations.
You will be Archy's first Executive Assistant, supporting three members of the founding and executive team: the CEO, COO, and CTO. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond task management—you'll make daily judgment calls about what deserves executive attention, what can wait, and what shouldn't happen at all. You'll have visibility into sensitive and confidential information across the company and will be expected to handle that access with exceptional discretion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning complex calendars for three executives, using judgment to prioritize competing demands and protect focus time
- Managing end-to-end domestic travel coordination (flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries) with ability to adjust quickly
- Preparing meeting agendas and pre-reads in advance, capturing decisions and action items, and driving follow-through
- Serving as a trusted extension of executives, communicating with professionalism and discretion across internal and external stakeholders
- Managing board and investor coordination, scheduling, and logistics
- Coordinating leadership offsites, team and customer dinners, company events, and annual user conference
- Handling executive operations including expense reporting, vendor and subscription administration, and contract routing
- Proactively following up with senior leaders on deadlines, decisions, and commitments
This role is ideal for someone who has operated in an early-stage startup, thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs before they're raised, and is excited to build the Executive Assistant function from the ground up. You'll need to leverage AI tools and automation to move faster and continuously improve operations.
Archy offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, Spring Health and One Medical access, base pay with equity, 401(k) with company match, performance-based incentives, home office stipend, and flexible time off. The company maintains a full remote-friendly culture with annual all-company offsites.
Requirements:
- 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally including a founder or CEO at a high-growth company
- Strong judgment to make decisions on behalf of executives and know when to escalate
- Exceptional discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information (non-negotiable)
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems before they're raised
- Excellent written communication, including ability to write convincingly in someone else's voice
- Obsessive follow-through with your own system for tracking commitments
- Comfort with constant change and ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift
- Directness and confidence to push back when needed and hold leaders accountable
- Ability to leverage AI tools and automation in everyday work
- Fluency with Google Workspace and Slack, comfort adopting new tools quickly
- Preferred time zone work locations in Central Standard and Mountain Time
Nice to have:
- Experience as the first or only EA at a company, building the function rather than inheriting it
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
