Salary: USD 59,000 - 94,700 / annual
ServiceTitan is seeking an Events Associate to provide comprehensive support across various event types, including tradeshows, field marketing events, and customer programs. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Events, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of event programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute logistical and coordination tasks for tradeshows and events, including registrations, booth orders, resource allocation, and vendor interactions
- Oversee departmental swag and show supplies, managing orders, inventory, and shipping/receiving logistics
- Manage event software platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, and Cvent
- Independently manage projects related to the company's flagship User Conference, Pantheon
- Support the Events department with expense management, budget tracking, and event-related projects
- Engage in physical event setup tasks such as booth assembly and supply movement

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event management and/or production
