SimilarWeb is seeking an Equity Manager to join its Finance team in Tel Aviv. The company is a publicly traded (NYSE) digital intelligence platform serving thousands of global customers including Google, eBay, and Adidas.
In this role, you will serve as the equity focal point across Finance, Legal, and HR functions. Your responsibilities include administering all aspects of the company's equity plan—new grants, vestings, exercises, releases, cancellations, forfeitures, ESPP, and employee mobility. You will maintain the integrity of the equity database in partnership with the third-party Stock Plan Administrator, managing the day-to-day relationship with that provider.
You will oversee daily activity following exercises and releases, ensuring proper tax withholding, accurate payroll reporting, and correct fund disbursements. Month-end closing procedures and public reporting under ASC 718 Stock-based Compensation will be part of your routine. You will manage tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, perform employee training sessions on equity matters, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements, SOX controls, and blackout periods. The role includes some additional Finance Team responsibilities beyond equity administration.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Law (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in equity management and related processes
- Vast knowledge of equity-related processes and workflows
- Deep knowledge of Finance, Legal, and HR aspects of equity administration
- Experience with global equity administration tools
- Prior work in high-tech companies
- Experience with AI tools for Equity and Finance
- Excellent English proficiency
- Strong Excel skills, particularly with large databases
- Team player mentality, results-driven, motivated, and impact-oriented
