EatClub is a food & drink discovery and deals platform operating across multiple markets. The company has grown to 200+ employees, serves over 4 million customers, and partners with 8,000+ venues. Recently ranked #11 on Deloitte Tech Fast 50 and Australia's Fastest Growing Tech Company by AFR in 2025.
As Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will build the UK enterprise sales function from scratch, targeting multi-site hospitality groups and chains. This is a greenfield opportunity to establish the playbook that EatClub plans to replicate internationally.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building and managing enterprise pipeline to hit quarterly venue targets across EatClub's live cities and regions
- Mapping the UK hospitality landscape and identifying key stakeholders within major groups
- Prospecting through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, walk-ins, events)
- Conducting pitches and product demos with senior decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, CEOs)
- Negotiating and closing commercial agreements with large enterprise clients
- Supporting enterprise client onboarding and training
- Owning the full sales cycle end-to-end without dedicated SDR or closer support
- Working with internal teams to navigate blockers and keep complex deals warm
You will spend significant time with senior hospitality executives, building relationships that compound over time. Deals move at enterprise pace—some close quickly, others require months of relationship-building and legal/procurement review. Success means building pipeline that generates dozens or hundreds of venue signings through single enterprise agreements.
The role offers real ownership: you're not executing a territory plan, you're building the model from zero. Your work in the UK becomes the template for EatClub's US expansion and beyond. Career progression is tied to territory expansion and strategic ownership rather than title changes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record building and closing enterprise or B2B pipeline from scratch, ideally in hospitality or hospitality tech
- Ability to own full sales cycle end-to-end (prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing) without dedicated support
- Experience selling into multi-site or franchise organizations
- Confidence tailoring pitches for different stakeholders (CFO, Head of Operations, etc.)
- Structured, resilient approach to multi-channel outreach (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events, walk-ins)
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence negotiating with senior decision-makers
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Familiarity with hospitality POS or payments ecosystems (Zonal, Toast, ComTrex, Square, Lightspeed)
- Experience selling technical or integration-dependent products
- Existing network of senior stakeholders in UK multi-site hospitality
- Scaleup experience building new functions or territories from zero
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Self-starter energized by ambiguity; prefers building playbooks to following them
- Persistent and resourceful when deals stall on external factors
- Commercially sharp, relationship-driven, motivated by targets
- Comfortable with both boardroom pitches and trade floor work
- Open to flexible hours aligned with hospitality service times
- Willing to engage in face-to-face and cold outreach selling
NOT A FIT IF:
- You prefer desk-based or fully remote work
- Uncomfortable with cold outreach or face-to-face selling
- You avoid targets, metrics, or performance accountability
- You need highly structured days with minimal autonomy
- You're seeking stability and processes of a large tech company
