• Hands-on background in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT/Security Engineering
• Deep experience in cloud engineering on AWS, including infrastructure as code, cloud-native patterns, and containerized systems; experience building or leading large-scale distributed services with strong grasp of security, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency
• Practical experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2; experience leading or playing a significant role in audit or certification processes
• Clear communicator who builds trust and fosters collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Inclusive leader who creates an environment where engineers of diverse backgrounds thrive
Note: The company encourages applications even if you don't meet every requirement.
