The company operates at the intersection of data and decisions, enabling faster, smarter logistics choices in contested environments. As Engagement Manager on the Special Projects Team, you will own the complete customer lifecycle—from onboarding through adoption—and serve as the primary point of contact managing relationships from end users to senior leadership. You'll lead a cross-functional project team to deliver Gallatin's AI/ML solutions, oversee implementation and adoption, and ensure customers exceed their objectives ahead of schedule. Key responsibilities include: (1) Value Management—overseeing technology delivery and implementation, leading cross-functional teams to exceed customer AI/ML objectives, and building execution plans that deliver above expectations; (2) Customer Management—managing relationships across organizational levels, driving alignment between Gallatin's capabilities and customer priorities (explicit and implicit), and maintaining strategic focus on long-term partnership; (3) Contract Management—identifying delivery improvements, managing customer base health by preempting risks, and developing repeatable success patterns for future customers. You will triage customer issues, manage subcontractors, align internal resources, and operate as a hybrid of Customer Success Manager and Technical Project Manager. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong empathy, and a track record of building long-term relationships through diligent problem-solving and strategic discussions. Travel is required at least 50% of the time. Gallatin is a mission-driven team of seasoned entrepreneurs, operators, and technologists focused on solving the hardest logistics problems for warfighters and humanitarian responders.
