Peloton is seeking an Electrical Engineer III to join its hardware engineering team in Tainan, Taiwan. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and testing of electrical systems for Peloton's fitness hardware products. Working under the supervision of senior engineers and project leaders, you will support product development across the entire lifecycle, from new product introduction through sustaining engineering.
Your daily responsibilities will include developing and supporting product subsystems while adhering to department standards and processes; writing and executing clear test plans at design and production phases; troubleshooting and solving performance problems during development and in production; efficiently documenting test reports and engineering changes; and clearly communicating your work to senior engineers and technical leads. You will use data to drive engineering decision-making and collaborate with adjacent teams including Program Management, Product Management, Operations, Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Firmware Engineering, and Industrial Design to ensure design success, manufacturability, time to market, and cost goals are met. You will also work with the drafting team on product definition and design controls, communicate with outside vendors and partners, and observe engineering requirements rigorously. Travel throughout Asia and to/from the USA is expected to be 15–25%.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Systems Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- 4+ years of work experience as an engineer in a design/development environment
- Experience with test and measurement tools, including oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, meters, and soldering iron
- Basic spoken and written English
- Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
- Positive attitude and high energy
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with EMC design and debugging
- Fitness industry experience
