Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI, deploying clinical AI solutions across 2,000+ medical centers worldwide and supporting nearly 50 million patients annually. The company has raised over $500 million since its 2016 founding and holds a record number of FDA-cleared solutions.
You will own how employees, candidates, and visitors experience Aidoc's offices globally—from arrival through the spaces, tools, and services that enable their best work. Treating the workplace as a product, you'll set global strategy and standards, design employee journeys, measure outcomes, and lead partners delivering safe, efficient, and engaging workplaces across all sites.
You'll champion Aidoc's "Quiet Quality" standard: exceptionally high quality expressed with restraint. Make spaces and services functional, thoughtfully finished, and welcoming so people feel seen and cared for, while maintaining cost discipline and avoiding both unnecessary flash and false economies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and own the global workplace vision aligned with company growth, hybrid work policy, and culture; establish experience standards and service levels for every site
- Map key employee journeys (onboarding, typical office day, cross-site visits, customer hosting, candidate/visitor arrival) and design better experiences by identifying friction points
- Build a workplace measurement framework covering employee satisfaction, space utilization, service response times, and cost per seat; run regular employee research and turn insights into a prioritized roadmap
- Lead space planning, office design, capacity planning, moves, expansions, and new-site openings globally; bring in specialists where needed and test spaces before completion
- Manage the global workplace budget, select and manage strategic vendors and service providers, hold them accountable to contracts and SLAs, and assess quality beyond compliance
- Partner with People teams on culture, engagement, onboarding, and office events; coordinate with IT/IS on workplace technology (meeting rooms, booking systems, visitor management); own workplace policies and employee communications
- Build clear accountability across local teams and partners for maintaining spaces and services; make it easy to raise concerns and respond promptly
- Protect time for thoughtful planning and fresh ideas, including recurring workplace events and services
Requirements:
- A practiced eye for quality, detail, and finish, with examples of creating functional, welcoming, and understated spaces or experiences within budget; sound judgment about when specialist expertise is needed
- 5+ years in workplace, facilities, real estate, or hospitality operations
- Proven ownership of a global or multi-site workplace portfolio in a fast-growing tech company or similar environment
- An experience-first mindset with a track record of redesigning employee or customer journeys and showing measurable results
- Experience managing budgets, real estate projects, and strategic vendor relationships
- A hands-on approach to noticing gaps, challenging established habits respectfully, and finding creative solutions
Nice to have:
- Background in service design, UX research, or premium hospitality
- Experience opening new offices or leading a major office redesign end to end
