Salary: USD 164,900 - 217,074 / annual

Spring Health is an AI-native mental health platform on a mission to eliminate barriers to mental health care. Reporting to the SVP of Provider Operations, the Director of Network Strategy & Analytics will drive strategy and analytics for Spring Health and Alma's combined network of 40,000+ providers. This role translates complex network data into clear strategy and action, determining where and how the network should grow, identifying capacity optimization opportunities, and building forecasting capabilities for proactive network decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Define network growth strategy, balancing new provider acquisition with better utilization of existing capacity - Own frameworks and metrics assessing network health (supply-demand balance, capacity, utilization, retention, provider satisfaction) - Translate network insights into clear priorities and actions improving growth, access, provider experience, and efficiency - Partner across Provider Operations, Product, Data, Clinical, and Commercial teams to execute network priorities - Set the analytical agenda for Provider Operations, building forecasting, reporting, and insights capabilities - Leverage AI and automation to accelerate analysis, reduce manual reporting, and increase team capacity for strategic work - Collaborate with Data Science, BI, and Product to develop scalable analytical and predictive capabilities - Lead and develop three Senior Business Analysts, setting priorities and raising the bar for analytical rigor and business impact - Build a proactive team that identifies opportunities and recommends action rather than simply responding to requests - Create scalable ways of working to support an increasingly large and complex provider network Success metrics include achieving provider growth and capacity targets in priority markets, improving supply-demand and utilization metrics, increasing network efficiency, maintaining or improving provider retention and satisfaction, and enhancing the organization's ability to anticipate network needs through better forecasting and AI-enabled insights. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in-person at the New York HQ office. Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, operations, consulting, marketplace strategy, or related field - Strong experience with supply-demand strategy, capacity planning, forecasting, or network/marketplace optimization - Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear strategy, recommendations, and business decisions - Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders - Experience leading and developing high-performing analytical talent - Strong AI fluency and demonstrated ability to use AI and automation to improve analytical workflows, insights, and team productivity - Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Looker - Healthcare, provider network, or other complex marketplace experience preferred
