We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will design and implement solutions for new clients, ensuring efficient and effective onboarding of sophisticated investors. You will identify how Addepar can unlock significant value for clients' businesses, leveraging analytical skills to advise on modeling and examining financial instruments and assets. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of both finance and technology, takes ownership of client satisfaction, and excels at project governance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the APAC market
- Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision, ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements
- Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a strategic partner in achieving their goals
- Define and manage project expectations clearly across client and internal teams, balancing multiple time zones and priorities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar's platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows
- Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the APAC market
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success teams
You will be given discretion over your projects and work schedule, expected to display strong self-reliance and the ability to collaborate with other Addepar resources. You must be a strong project manager with appreciation for target markets and technical skills to take a hands-on approach to teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role
- Proven success in solution delivery, implementation, or client onboarding within wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments, particularly in Switzerland or the broader European market
- Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
- Comfortable collaborating across global teams and managing projects remotely
- Process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client onsites
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python preferred) is an advantage
- Valid authorization to work in Singapore (visa sponsorship not available)
