Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Digital UX Designer to lead the design of Qualtrics.com, the digital face of a category-defining Experience Management platform serving over 18,000 clients globally. You will translate UX strategy and component systems into polished, conversion-optimized designs that balance user needs, brand expression, and business goals.
In this role, you'll own the full design lifecycle: creating high-fidelity mockups, optimizing user flows, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating on design systems and component implementation. You'll partner with CRO specialists on A/B testing, work cross-functionally with SEO, content, localization, and engineering teams, and ensure accessibility is embedded as a core principle. You'll also conduct usability testing, maintain mobile responsiveness across breakpoints, and manage user experience programs to identify gaps and validate design decisions based on real user behavior.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the digital presence of a major SaaS company with work visible to millions and directly impacting revenue. The role offers exposure to executive stakeholders, involvement in high-stakes launches, and the ability to define your own growth trajectory—whether deepening IC expertise, leading agency resources, or exploring management.
The Web & Digital Experience team operates collaboratively, solving problems together and valuing experimentation and fresh ideas. You'll work in a hybrid model: three days per week in the office (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one day selected by your leader), with flexibility for the rest of the week.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience with a focus on B2B web UX design, demonstrating user-centered strategic thinking that drives conversion
- Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools), comprehension of web technology fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS), and experience with modern CMS platforms
- Strong design systems experience, including working within component libraries and developing documentation and governance
- Accessibility expertise with practical experience designing for diverse needs
- Familiarity with key web statistics and major marketing metrics
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across digital marketing teams
- Experience presenting to executives and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Understanding of responsive design, analytics platforms, and user behavior tools
- Experience with user research methodologies, CRO principles, and AI integration
Nice to have: global multi-language website design experience, information architecture or content strategy knowledge, motion design and micro-interactions understanding, experience building pages or working directly in CMS tools.
