As a DevOps Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment delivering solutions that tackle real-world challenges. Your responsibilities include optimizing the performance, scalability, and reliability of the model inference API and other APIs; implementing DevOps strategies for the organization; working with development and operations teams to automate software delivery processes; identifying and implementing tools and processes to improve software development and delivery; actively seeking solutions to customer needs and communicating trends to leadership; and helping deploy the software stack to Fortune 500 clients' servers.
The role is based in Madrid with hybrid flexibility, requiring at least one day per week in the Guadalajara office, with the other two office days flexible between Madrid and Guadalajara. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; alternatively, significant work experience as a Software Engineer
- 2-5 years of experience working as a DevOps engineer
- Experience in large-scale, secure, and high availability solutions in AWS Cloud, using automation to support deployment, scaling, monitoring, and management (Terraform / CloudFormation)
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Experience deploying, managing, and optimizing APIs in production environments
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency with one or more scripting and programming languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause of infrastructure and security issues
- Proven ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good command of English and ideally another EU language
