Salary: USD 150,000 - 185,000 / annual

The company provides tools to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems and agents from prototype to production scale.
The On-Prem engineering team is responsible for deploying Arize in customer environments and designing software tooling for large-scale system management. The team has deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud deployment across GCP, Azure, and AWS, with strong capabilities in networking and security for on-premises deployments.
In this role, you will work hands-on with infrastructure supporting distributed, highly scalable services in both SaaS and on-premises offerings. You'll gather requirements directly from customers and adapt deployment manifests and software to support diverse environments. You'll use and enhance monitoring tools to observe platform health, ensure performance and reliability, and interact with the product team to test new features and package on-premises releases. You'll automate and optimize the release pipeline to minimize friction and continuously explore emerging technologies that could address team challenges.
Arize is remote-first with optional in-person offices in New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. Remote employees receive a monthly work-from-home stipend for co-working spaces.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers to understand and address infrastructure needs
- Experience and fluency with Kubernetes
- Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and understanding how to adapt cloud-native architectures for on-premises environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills
