You will join a team designing robust, reliable software at a sustainable pace using modern tooling that enables production deployments multiple times daily. Key responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance core platform capabilities, specializing in identity layers, data synchronization across cloud environments, and robust CRM integrations
- Solve complex, large-scale technical problems
- Write code focused on scalability, testability, maintainability, and supportability

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of professional experience designing modern, scalable, performant backend services in Go, with solid mastery of type-driven development principles
- Professional experience deploying and managing services on AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar frameworks
- Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) for data storage and modeling, plus relational databases like Postgres
- Professional experience with Go (preferred)
- Professional experience designing RESTful APIs; commitment to high standards in your work and your team's, including thoughtful technical trade-offs for balanced solutions
- Self-directed, organized, solution-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity and desire to understand the full system and your role within the AppDirect ecosystem
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexible schedules requiring asynchronous communication; clear and effective communication skills in distributed development teams, both verbal and written
