MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform serving 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo. The Platform & Infrastructure team ensures the entire product organization moves fast, reliably, and with ease by managing shared services (identity, search, communication, design system Pantry), developer productivity tools, and deployment/execution foundations.
You will join one of three sub-teams: Product Foundations (identity, communication, search, Pantry design system, integrations marketplace, global search), Developer Productivity (internal tools and IDE plugins), or Deployment, Execution & Testing (CI/CD, SRE, FedRAMP compliance, QA).
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and scale shared services and components that other teams depend on
- Design APIs, tools, and design system components that engineers want to use; guide adoption across teams
- Improve speed, security, and reliability of development, testing, and deployment processes
- Treat internal engineers as customers: gather feedback, measure adoption, iterate
- Deploy features end-to-end from planning to production
- Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, and dependent engineers to shape roadmap priorities
- Own long-term health of a functional domain or system: reliability, performance, code quality
- Review code and mentor other developers on your team
- Raise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices
You will join a team of 5–10 people and participate in an on-call rotation. Within your first six months, you will assume full responsibility for a functional domain or system.

- Nice-to-haves: GraphQL, React Native, SQL databases, search technologies, authentication/identity, design systems/component libraries, developer tools/IDE extensions, CI/CD, observability, compliance programs (FedRAMP, SOC 2)
