WisdomAI builds AI-powered analytics that help teams move from data to decisions with speed and confidence. The platform surfaces insights and explains the reasoning behind them, trusted by companies like Cisco, Patreon, and Rubrik. You'll join Bengaluru as a Design Lead — a core design partner to one of WisdomAI's largest engineering hubs. You'll own major product areas, set the craft bar for everything shipping from the office, and grow into the design manager role as the team expands. The work spans the full platform: Chat on Data, Live Apps, Slack and Teams integrations, MCP, visualizations, and a major push into agentic experiences — always-on teammates for enterprises grounded in Wisdom's context engine. Every surface must feel like the same product, built by the same hands. At WisdomAI, craft is the product. A technically correct chart that's visually misleading is a failure. An answer that's right but illegible is a failure. Design isn't decoration — it's the product working. You'll own product areas end-to-end: customer discovery and problem framing with PMs and engineers through launch and iteration. You'll work side-by-side with engineers daily, making design a fast, natural part of how Bangalore builds. You'll prototype early and often with AI tools, building working things rather than static frames, then carry validated concepts through full state coverage and system alignment. You'll set the craft bar in critiques and in what ships, sharing prompts, patterns, and process with the team. You'll extend the design system so new surfaces arrive coherent by default. You'll partner closely with design leadership in San Mateo across time zones and help hire and grow the Bangalore design team. Key focus areas include: coherence across the platform (thinking in systems from the context engine outward); agents (defining what a great enterprise agent feels like); Live Apps (designing the best customer-built apps and the templates and primitives that let everyone else build their own); the context engine (making a deep, powerful layer of semantics, definitions, and governance legible); and data visualization. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years designing products, with a body of work in complex B2B, data, analytics, AI, or developer tools - High bar for craft — visual, UI, and interaction; attention to detail and understanding of what matters - Impeccable taste and opinions you can explain and defend - Sharp product thinking and talent for taming complexity; finding the simple model inside sprawling systems - Systems mind; driven coherence across many surfaces, not just polished a single flow - Work AI-natively today; design with LLMs and AI prototyping or coding tools daily, with demonstrated impact - Mentored other designers and earned trust of engineering teams; want to grow into leading a team NICE TO HAVES: - Code or consider yourself one part design engineer - Interest in data visualization; experience welcome but not required - Designed agentic experiences or templates and systems that others build with - Background in data visualization or analytics - Experience on product teams working across US and India
