You will own challenging frontend features from conception through polished production release. This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering—you'll spot pixel-level details in Figma, translate them into flawless interfaces, and maintain high standards for code quality, accessibility, and performance. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to turn complex data visualization problems into instantly clear, user-friendly interfaces. You'll also help shape the frontend architecture, component library, and design system as the team scales.
Key responsibilities:
- Own frontend features end-to-end, from planning and technical design to refined, production-ready delivery
- Craft visually polished, pixel-accurate interfaces that faithfully reflect design intent
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend to build fast, graceful interfaces
- Maintain high standards through code reviews, testing, and sound engineering practices
- Contribute to frontend architecture and design system decisions

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on frontend engineering experience, preferably at startups or fast-scaling companies
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend toolchain
- Hands-on experience creating, extending, or maintaining a shared component library or design system
- Compelling portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating frontend abilities
- Strong CSS skills, real-world TailwindCSS experience, and solid semantic HTML knowledge
- Sharp eye for design with obsession for visual detail and ability to translate Figma to pixel-perfect interfaces
- Clear communication and strong sense of accountability; comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider team
- Evidence of excellence in some area (professional or personal)
- Warm, team-oriented, hardworking nature with openness and empathy
