Skydropx is seeking an Automation Developer I to design, configure, and maintain HubSpot's Service Hub module, focusing on technical automation and integration work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain the HubSpot Service Hub module, including custom ticket pipelines, forms, automations, and SLAs.
- Create and maintain advanced workflows for ticket assignment based on dynamic criteria such as keywords, time windows, carriers, and other factors.
- Implement technical integrations using HubSpot's REST API, including automated ticket creation from external systems, using tools like Postman, Node.js, and Python.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents reported by internal users to ensure HubSpot operational continuity.
- Train the team on technical and operational best practices related to the Service Hub module.
- Document processes, workflows, and configurations for internal use.
- Propose key performance metrics to evaluate support team performance and ticket pipeline efficiency.
The role is hybrid, based in Curitiba at Aldeia Coworking - Estação, in an international environment. Full-time CLT employment.
Requirements:
- Experience creating and configuring ticket pipelines, automations, integrated forms, and complex workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot REST API and experience developing scripts to test endpoints using Python, Node.js, Postman, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, JSON, and HTML/CSS for integration and form customization.
- Functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms, help desks, ticketing systems, and support tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot sandbox environments and testing best practices.
- Intermediate to advanced technical English for reading documentation, using interfaces, and conducting API tests.
- Knowledge of G-Suite.
- Desirable: HubSpot experience; advanced Spanish or English (beyond technical requirements).
