PhysicsX is a physics AI company for industrials, building simulation software to accelerate hardware innovation across aerospace & defence, automotive, semiconductors, materials, and energy & renewables. As a Delivery Engineer, you will be a customer-facing technical guide and relationship builder responsible for transforming AI solutions into lasting customer partnerships.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams (Simulation Engineers, Software Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists) to understand engineering and physics challenges and define solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with users and decision-makers at customer organizations
- Understanding customer industry challenges and translating them into product opportunities and roadmap alignment
- Owning the customer onboarding journey into the platform, working in delivery teams to ensure solutions are useful and adopted
- Supporting customer delivery teams through planning and product coordination, ensuring value is measured and articulated
- Identifying expansion opportunities within accounts by finding new problems, users, and stakeholders; preparing proposals and supporting the contracting process
- Tracking customer engagement and collecting feedback to ensure built solutions are being used and creating measurable value
You will bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and practical engineering applications, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts throughout their journey.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of industry experience in a commercial, customer-facing environment
- Technical background in Data Science/Machine Learning with understanding of end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle, OR domain-specific engineering expertise
- Ability to understand advanced engineering concepts across multiple industries
- Strong strategic planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Natural organizational abilities for managing sprint planning, deliverables alignment, and project delivery
- Willingness to learn the company's core technology stack, cloud/software deployment, and product features
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders
