Lovable is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst (EMEA) to serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product. You will structure complex enterprise deals including multi-year contracts, ramp deals, and consumption-based models. You'll own non-standard terms and approvals, act as the escalation point for EMEA-based Account Executives, and help design and improve deal infrastructure including CPQ, CLM, and invoicing systems—much of it built on Lovable itself.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deal Structuring: Partner with Enterprise AEs to craft commercial structures that align with customer needs and company goals. Serve as the day-to-day escalation point for non-standard terms, approvals, order forms, amendments, and renewals.
- Process Optimization: Design and streamline internal sales policies, pricing guidelines, and contract review workflows. Identify and automate the most repetitive requests to enable self-service across the sales team.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Sales and stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Security, Product) to streamline redlining and approval processes.
- Build Infrastructure: Help design, test, and improve deal systems (CLM, CPQ, invoicing) rather than just operating within them. Leverage AI to automate workflows and scale self-serve capabilities.
- Monetization & Pricing Strategy: Partner with Product, Finance, and GTM to support monetization experiments and structure new line items, thinking through packaging, pricing, and contracting implications.
About Lovable: Lovable is an AI-powered platform that lets anyone build software with any language. Over 2 million people in 200+ countries use Lovable to launch businesses, automate work, and bring ideas to life. The company is scaling its sales-led motion to serve the world's largest enterprises.
Requirements:
- Deep Deal Desk experience in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment (Enterprise experience is mandatory)
- Deep expertise with CPQ tools and QTC processes
- Strong experience with modern billing systems (Stripe, Metronome, Tabs)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to automate workflows and scale self-service
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to read, understand, and draft contractual business terms and conditions
- Deep experience with SaaS and Consumption business models
- Strong understanding of software revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 or equivalent)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Fluency in English (company language)
