Kredivo Group is seeking a Data Scientist to join a team developing cutting-edge machine learning models. You will work alongside Analysts and Machine Learning Engineers, taking full ownership of projects from ideation through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prototype and develop diverse machine learning models, including credit scoring and recommendation engines
- Conduct research and development to improve model performance using Kredivo's unique dataset
- Build robust end-to-end predictive models using modern ML techniques and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate discoveries into production systems
- Contribute to advancing the organization's data science capabilities
You will be result-focused, innovative, and capable of delivering tangible business impact. The role emphasizes ownership and autonomy in turning analytical insights into deployed solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in data science or machine learning
- Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL platforms (e.g., S3)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end predictive models
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience with alternative data for credit risk evaluation
- Experience building end-to-end Deep Learning and/or NLP models
