Enpal is Germany's first green unicorn, building an integrated platform for decentralized energy solutions including solar installations, battery storage, EV charging, smart meters, and heat pumps. The company's AI-powered platform, Enpal.One, intelligently networks thousands of systems and optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market.
You will join the marketing analytics team to drive data-informed decision-making across marketing, sales, and product functions. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyze marketing, campaign, and customer data to derive actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI systems to measure success
- Identify trends, opportunities, and optimization potential across the customer journey
- Support analysis of performance marketing channels including SEA, SEO, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Support planning, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests
- Ensure data quality and continuously improve existing analytical processes

REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier business school
- First work experience or internships in a fast-growing company (startups, consulting/management consulting)
- Creative thinking with strong ability to persuade others
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented work style
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Interest in building companies and learning new skills
- Goal-oriented approach with high proactivity and sense of responsibility
- Experience prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments with ability to deliver 100% effort on important work
- High quality standards and can-do mentality that motivates others
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
