Salary: GBP 52,000 - 66,000 / annual

Fanatics Betting and Gaming, the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, is seeking a Data Analyst III to join the Sportsbook organization's Product Analytics team in Leeds. The Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S., with Fanatics Casino operating in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, plus 22 retail sports betting locations. In this role, you will create insights to drive product development and enhance business performance. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders in the Sportsbook Product team, supporting them with A/B testing, performance tracking, reporting, and ad-hoc analytical queries. Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming's Sportsbook product, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and becoming a trusted source of data-driven intelligence. You will be a hands-on analyst creating both regular and ad-hoc insights, gathering and presenting metrics and activities to key stakeholders. You will also collaborate with other Analysts and Data Scientists to solve business problems and stay current on data analytics trends and the sports betting & gaming industry. This is an individual contributor role focused on supporting product decisions through rigorous analysis and clear communication. **Requirements:** - Minimum 5 years proven experience in an analytics role - Degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science) - Strong SQL proficiency - Proficiency in a statistical programming language (R or Python) - Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau or PowerBI) - Strong proficiency in data analysis or mathematical model development, with solid understanding of statistics concepts such as multivariate testing - Experience using code repositories (e.g., GitHub) - Demonstrated ability to partner closely with stakeholders, earning trust and prioritizing relationships - Customer-focused, highly outcome-oriented, and data-driven; experienced in high-growth environments - Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving with strong organizational and communication skills - Previous experience in the betting and gaming industry is a significant plus - Experience with Amplitude is a plus
