Salary: EUR 66,000 - 83,000 / annual

Fanatics Betting and Gaming, the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, is seeking a Data Analyst III to join the Sportsbook organization's Product Analytics team in Dublin. The Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S., with retail locations including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium. In this role, you will create insights to drive product development and enhance business performance. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders in the Sportsbook Product team, supporting them with A/B testing, performance tracking, reporting, and ad-hoc analytical queries. You will develop a deep understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming operations, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and become a trusted source of data-driven intelligence and advisory. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting the Sportsbook Product team with testing, analysis, and reporting as they develop the product and optimize user experiences - Creating both regular and ad-hoc insights, gathering and presenting metrics and activities to key stakeholders - Collaborating with other analysts and data scientists to solve business problems - Remaining current on technology trends in data analytics and the sports betting & gaming industry REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 5 years proven experience in an analytics role - Degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science) - Strong SQL proficiency - Proficiency in a statistical programming language (R or Python) - Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau or PowerBI) - Strong proficiency in data analysis or mathematical model development, with solid understanding of statistics concepts such as multivariate testing - Experience using code repositories (e.g., GitHub) - Demonstrated ability to partner closely with stakeholders, earning trust and prioritizing relationships - Customer-focused, outcome-oriented, and data-driven mindset; experience in high-growth environments - Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving with strong organizational and communication skills - Previous experience in the betting and gaming industry is a significant plus - Experience with Amplitude is a plus
