You will join the Data & Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Data & Transformation. Working closely with the Data Enablement Lead, you will independently lead complex initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption, helping business teams improve how they work and make decisions through process change, data analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead business discovery and identify opportunities by facilitating workshops to understand objectives, information needs, and underlying problems. Bring evidence-based opportunities to leadership, considering business value, feasibility, and reuse potential.
• Map and improve processes by documenting current and future-state workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify, reduce manual effort, and improve decision quality and timeliness.
• Own requirements definition, translating business needs into clear, prioritized requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with stakeholder agreement and traceability.
• Deliver hands-on analytics using SQL to explore data, test hypotheses, investigate discrepancies, and build repeatable analyses, reports, dashboards, and measures that support business decisions.
• Enable agentic self-service data use by working with technical colleagues to translate business questions into practical self-service data experiences, helping users discover data and act on results.
• Recommend practical solution approaches by assessing whether needs are best addressed through process changes, self-service analytics, automation, or agentic workflows, balancing business value, usability, complexity, and implementation effort.
• Design agentic workflows by mapping how users, agents, systems, and data interact, defining business rules, agent actions, approval points, and exception handling.
You will partner directly with business teams, Analytics Engineers, and Project Managers, contributing new opportunities and improvements through practical delivery experience.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and analysis
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with business intelligence tools, Python, or comparable tools for repeatable analysis and lightweight automation
• Familiarity with APIs, curated datasets, semantic-layer concepts, and analytics engineering practices
• Experience enabling self-service analytics or applying structured process improvement and change management methods
• Experience working in a technology, engineering, or fast-moving product environment
