ArmorCode is hiring a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) or Senior CSE to drive technical onboarding and adoption of its Agentic Control Plane for Unified Exposure Management. The platform ingests findings from 400+ security tools, correlates them with business context, and uses AI agents to prioritize and verify fixes. Customers include Visa, PayPal, Volvo Group, and Johnson Controls. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, working alongside Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth platform implementation and adoption. You will own the full customer journey from onboarding through renewal, identifying technical and business requirements, and aligning solutions to drive value. Key responsibilities include: **Technical Implementation & Integration**: Accelerate time-to-value through rapid deployments. Build and maintain Python scripts, APIs, and LLM-assisted workflows to make onboarding, integration setup, and configuration validation repeatable and consistent. Use AI tools to map customer tool landscapes, draft implementation plans, and generate configuration scripts—reviewing all outputs before delivery to customers. **Strategic Customer Engagement**: Serve as the main point of contact throughout the customer journey. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to accelerate delivery. Work with executives, business owners, and operational teams to define success plans with clear outcomes. **Product Adoption & Insights**: Drive adoption using data-driven insights. Build relationships within assigned customers to support their strategy and solutions roadmap. Identify risks early, execute "get well" plans, and use AI-assisted analysis of usage data to spot adoption gaps and stalled deployments. **AI Enablement**: Help customers adopt and extract value from the platform's AI-driven capabilities. Build reusable assets—prompt libraries, scripts, onboarding templates, playbooks—and share them across the Customer Success team. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Liaise between product management, engineering, marketing, and customers. Communicate product and strategic roadmaps. Generate insights that influence company and customer action. **Training & Knowledge Management**: Drive training initiatives, maintain training records, and keep your knowledge current. Participate in level-one support and contribute to building and updating the knowledge base. Use AI to accelerate drafting of implementation guides and enablement content (with human review). **Data Management**: Keep customer data up to date across all platforms and regularly verify data hygiene. You will use AI hands-on in your day-to-day work, building automations and AI-assisted workflows that make onboarding faster, more repeatable, and more consistent. **Requirements** - 7+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar) with a cybersecurity background - Knowledge of Customer Success function mission and practices - Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS), preferably at a security software company - Python scripting experience, including using APIs for workflow automation - Hands-on experience using LLMs or generative AI tools in technical work (scripting, automation, integration, technical documentation) with effective prompting - Practical judgment about AI limits: validate outputs, recognize hallucinations, protect customer and confidential data - Knowledge of Single Sign-on (SSO), Okta, and similar identity providers - Experience in technical troubleshooting (product, software, etc.) - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, coding bootcamp, or equivalent work experience (strong plus) - CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or PMP certification (strong plus) - Experience building automations that call LLM APIs or working with agentic/workflow tools (plus) **Skills & Behaviors** - Excellent communication skills and enjoyment working directly with customers - Strong problem solver who thrives in unstructured environments - Ability to explain technical concepts and recommendations clearly to customers - Team player who builds collaborative relationships across departments - Organized in tracking customer requests - Ownership of the post-sales process (kick-off, launch, health checks, renewal/upsell) - AI-first habits: reach for automation and AI first on repetitive work; share what works - Customer-centric approach and solution selling mindset - Proactive customer engagement - Cross-functional collaboration
